Functions of HRMC
- Function may be understood as operationalizing decisions
- Implementing administrative and management actions between Steering
- Committee meetings
- Oversight of financial, legal, and personnel matters
- Preparing agendas – Working with the planning/facilitation team to shape
agendas - Providing continuity of public information – providing accessible contact to
the community and public - Assuring deliverables to TCE
Tasks:
- Review financial reports
- Provide direct feedback to the Facilitation/Planning Team
- Addressing issues forwarded by the Facilitation/Planning Team and Healthy
Richmond Project Associate - Help shape the healthy Richmond Associate’s work - make requests and give
feedback directly on issues that emerge.
